Fab idea Sacha! I am reading 'Holy Spy' by Rory Clements at the moment and listening to his 'Martyr' on my iPod. The blurb says there is a TV series in development.
I haven't heard of this author FP so checked it out on Amazon, where it has heaps of five star reviews. Do you read it in paperback or use a Kindle or similar? It seems to be one of a series and have you read the others...I mean should they be read in sequence?
At the moment I've returned to a writer whose books I read in print many years ago. She has few in Kindle format unfortunately, but one I really enjoyed was called 'The Property of a Gentleman' and set mainly in a remote part of the Lake District. Currently I'm reading 'The Lynmara Legacy' set in the UK and US. I like this author's style of writing, sentences can be fairly long and complex but descriptive and well constructed.

I have this latest book as a hardback that will go around the family and I have been using my two downloads a month to get the audios as I like the voice of the reader and I like to listen whilst ironing or whatever. The one I am listening to is the first in the sequence according to his website. I had never heard of Catherine Gaskin , but I might try the one you mention on my Kindle. Love the Lake District. Another author I like, Rebecca Tope, has recently started a series of modern day murder stories set in the Lakes with the heroine being a florist.
