Jeremy Corbyn is entitled to be on the Labour leadership ballot without the support of MPs, the High Court has ruled.
In an unprecedented case, the judge ruled Mr Corbyn did not need to find the support of 51 of his MPs or MEPs to take part in a leadership battle - unlike those who sought to challenge him.
He's got an older brother called Piers who predicts the weather. Mr Nell remembers him as President of the Students' Union when he was at uni - he was rather odd too, apparently.
Don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to.

Jeremy will win the vote. The MPs hold the key to what happens next. If they all ask for their jobs back he is home safe because they are dependent on him to be reselected for the next election but if there are enough willing to tough it out there will be a split. Nobody has tested the whole electorate as to whether he is as popular with them as he is with Labour Party members. It's scarey to think he could be in charge of the country.
40,000 people have had their applications to vote in the Labour leadership election rejected. They were rejected if: they previously supported a rival party candidate were not on the electoral register their payments bounced. made racist, sexist or anti-Semitic remarks -there's a database!
But here's the sting
People deemed ineligible do not receive refunds, meaning Labour will enjoy up to £4 million of extra funds from the £25 fees paid by each supporter.
That's a serious sting in the tail. That means they'll get a million quid for bugger all! They're just not covering themselves in glory here at all are they?
