I know GTech are now on IW rather than Le Q. Had an email from GTech about the new one. It does look good . Mine is still going strong. In the new one I like the emptying and the charging changes.
I also had that email and am considering buying it, despite the fact that my original one is still going strong. The ex can have my old one, if I do get one, because he was impressed with mine when he saw it in use. It all depends in the price and how close it is to the TSV price that I paid before. I would buy it directly from GTech though and go through a cash back site. I did see them on IW but didn't want the hand held one and, unless I'm mistaken, the deal on IW was for the pair.
If you go for it let us know how you rate it please Toril ,
I will do although it won't be an immediate purchase as I can't really justify buying it at the moment - unless my other one bites the dust. (No pun intended )
If you do buy one Toril you could keep one upstairs and one downstairs
It's so lightweight that I can easily scamper upstairs with it. Also I have an Oreck, a stick Hoover, a cylinder Hoover and a handheld one, so I will get rid of the old AirRam or people might think I've got a Hoover fetish.
However, all the others were bought when I moved here but the AirRam is the only one I use nowadays.
I will buy another when the one I acquired gives up, plus the hand held as well. I can dump my Panasonic then which is so heavy!! I only really use it now for the crevice tools, can't manage without those.
I wouldn't say the hand held Gtech is as powerful as a vacuum cleaner with crevice tool attached - it certainly doesn't pick up brick dust properly after the drilling of holes in walls.
Don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to.
