First let me say it was a Christmas present from OH - I only wanted a pair of slippers and a new bag ...
It is expensive for a hair dryer - read somewhere that the Q may be selling it in March ...
My hair is not the easiest to style and is usually subject to all manner of styling devices to look 'normal' ... The Dyson dries hair very quickly without the hair getting "fried" - the dryer gets hot but not the hair . Precise drying without blowing the hair everywhere. Magnetic attachments!
Am still getting to grips with it - pleased to have received it though.
I have baby fine hair and masses of it. But the darned stuff has a tendency to frizz. And once it's dried that's my lot. It won't restyle nicely. So I'm very tempted by this. It would hopefully dry my hair easily and quickly and cut down on the frizz.
I've got a new hairdresser as mine is on maternity leave. Fortunately she's under instruction from my usual hairdresser so knows that she really has to thin it out much more than she might on someone else. Have to say she's doing it really well. The more it's thinned out the easier it is for me to cope with.

I know a lot of people think it's far too expensive and won't justify the price in comparison to cheaper ones but I think if you want something and you know you will like it , why the dickens not! It's personal choice.
It sounds really good, but out of my reach unfortunately. I bought a ionic hairdryer from Lidl recently which I like. I don't know if ionic is supposed to be good but it sounds impressive!
My hair is very long now and a flippin nightmare to dry. I can't blow dry it well myself so I rely on using the straighteners afterwards. If I did not have them I would look like a haystack 24/7.

Well , reader, I bought one... Today the hairdresser at the Beauty Shop I go to asked me what I was doing with my hair because it looks so good. As I have bored you with before I get it cut at an Aveda Salon. Anyway after years of faffing to get a decent blowdry myself I can recommend the Dyson as 5* for me. I just use a comb and follow this youtube and get perfect results every time. There are videos for medium and long too.
The hair dryer is fab for a person who can no longer lift heavy hairdriers. I know it's expensive but I am expecting to get many years of hassle free drying out of it.

Why not go for it on Le Q tomorrow then you can send it back if it doesn't suit @tinkerbelle?It's on EP as well. I will look the number up for you when I hobble upstairs as they sent me a postcard yesterday.
I am delighted with mine - takes no time to dry and doesn't fry your hair. I think to be able to try it for 30 days would be more than enough time to make your mind up.
