I'm not so sure about these, I saw a program in TV where an older model had had this done and it went wrong! They'd had to be removed leaving her with horrible L shaped scars on either side of her face that the program's plastic surgeon was trying to repair, he did a very good job and when covered with makeup were barely visible
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right, the only difference is they're wrong
I'll pass on this. Why people can't grow old gracefully ( or disgracefully in my case 😉) is beyond me. I'd rather depart this world looking like me, who has lived a bit, rather than looking plastic because I'm full of Botox or stretched by bits of thread.
Are you left looking permanently surprised, as in the "after" picture?
To be completely honest, while I don't have a problem with people wanting to have plastic surgery if they can afford it, I do wonder if its popularity has meant a lot of those embarking on a medical career see the cosmetic route as a way of making a quick buck thus depriving the rest of the health service of GPs and other more essential specialists.
People forget that anything you do to alter your appearance from getting rid of your monobrow as a teenager to getting crowns/ caps to improve your smile as you get older, is altering your appearance.
If I was going to have just a basic face lift, it would have to be surgical. I do worry there is a time-bomb brewing with all these injections of poisons, implants etc. Anything that wouldn't be in your body naturally.
Yes, I think I would opt for surgery as well Frazz if I ever felt inclined to take up Santa's offer of a face lift. I'd be afraid that the threads would slip.
