La Q have surpassed themselves today with the most bizarre product as a TSV.
It's a "smart" mirror that can supposedly analyse all the problem areas of your face and hook you up to the internet to find out the solutions.
I'm pretty certain most of us have make-up mirrors, probably with a degree of magnification, and access to Mr Google (other search engines are available) as a way of looking for advice so that's £200 down the drain.
Another ridiculously over-priced "gadget." Who on earth has time to faff about analysing every line or enlarged pore on a daily basis? I know that I've got far better things to do with my time.
They often talk about body image and the impact it has on young girls when they aren't stick thin. I can imagine that gawping at your face in this mirror will make young and old alike paranoid when it highlights the fact that they no longer have skin like a young child. (That's assuming that it actually works, of course.)
Oh but’s it has an Alexa thingy - can answer all your questions, tell you about the weather etc. etc... I am sure all the info you have to import regarding lotions and potions you use will soon circulate to those wanting to sell you god knows what!
As if you need to be told there is another dark spot, lines galore that were not around yesterday.
I've already got Alexa on an Echo show and a dot and have got a decent mirror, and one that magnifies x 10 😳 so will not be buying the stupid contraption that's the TSV. I've also got a stack of cloths. 😀
I think QVC are finally losing the plot with some of their TSVs.
