I did not watch last night’s TV programme as I am bored with the relentless ‘pity me’ cries from these two. Whilst I acknowledge it was harsh for Harry to lose his mother in such a public way there are many other children who have lost a parent who did not have the support he did growing up. I would be more than happy for them to relinquish their royal status and go and live in Timbuktu without using our money.
I always thought William and Harry were close but now it appears their relationship has cooled which is a shame. I wonder if that is down to her? I can see the pair of them moving to America and good riddance!

I also wonder how it is that Peter Phillips’ wife Autumn, who is Canadian, has managed to ensure there is none of this ,‘It’s so hard to fit in with these Brits and the tabloids` rubbish that Meghan and Harry bleat about. Peter’s parents divorced so he had that to contend with and most weekends you will see pics of Princess Anne and her grandchildren mucking about in public without any of this complaining. Harry and Meghan do seem to be precious.
I think you are right Itchy and it's what she was hoping for all along, even if he didn't realise it.
It's a shame there appears to be a rift between the brothers - I read part of the transcript of last night's show and Harry admits they are going in completely different directions.
Don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to.

I suppose, to be fair, Princess Anne's children are quite a long way down the line of succession which makes them slightly less interesting to Joe Public and her strong sense of public duty has made her, and her immediate family, less of an obvious source of irritation.
For a mature woman used to being in the public gaze, Meghan has made some pretty ill judged decisions.

I am now thinking that, perhaps, her half sister Thingy was not so far off the mark with her revelations about Sparkle Markle ...
Harry seems to be under her "spell" and has lost the ability to have his own thoughts unless they are verified by her.
I wonder if Philip is spitting feathers up in Norfolk - one or two more crashes could be 'arranged' over the Christmas period especially with his driving record
I can't believe Meghan did not appreciate what she could be in for when she married Harry. She knew of Princess Di's circumstances so to speak. And you can't have it all ways. Signing bananas, promoting a woman's work clothes line & voicing opinions on other issues she cares about is all very well, but if that doesn't call attention I don't know what does. Maybe she thought she could stage manage it, but it seems to have all gone wrong for her. Other females who married in have been able to duck under the radar. Sophie Rhys-Jones doesn't crave attention neither does Camilla Parker Bowles or even Catherine Middleton in my view. You reap what you sow
