I don't know when the law came in, but accounts now only have orders showing from July 2018.
Last night when I logged into my account, to check whether something had been dispatched, it was totally blank and stated I had no orders. That was on both the app and through a search engine. I rang CS to query it and she said they were updating their site, I asked whether it was because of the P&P fiasco and she said "possibly."
Orders also couldn't be done other than via the phone or QCut, so maybe they were genuinely updating the site rather than deleting any information that was linked to the refunds they've got to make.

I have received a cheque for £25.63 for three ‘outbound delivery charges within 14 days of receipt’. Now all I have to do is find a bank to pay it in at as we have none.
I ordered a TSV on 3rd October and it was dispatched on the 4th. It hasn’t arrived so I’ve just received a “my goods haven’t turned up” letter. Although the prepaid envelope is already stamped for 2nd class post, I’ve put a first class stamp on it because I want it to get there before next August.
They are apparently going to ring me when they get the letter .... and, believe me, they will be told to refund the cost of the goods AND the P&P after this recent debacle (or else 😜 )
