I mentioned it to Him Ooop North yesterday and he's going to research the benefits. He's already been prescribed a cream at £25 - £40 for a very small pot and so I sggested that magnesium spray could supplement the cream so he doesn't get through a pot so quickly.
I've sent him a link to one that I found on Amazon, as it had good reviews, but have no idea whether it's the best one or not. 😳
I stopped using the spray oil, the good news is I haven't had too much problem with cramp since. However, after over-doing the gardening on Monday, laying soaker hose etc, I knew I was in for a painful night! My neighbour was chatting and handed me a bag of Sea Magik Magnesium Spa Flakes to try.
I was a bit concerned about skin irritation as I hadn't used for while, but it was wonderful! It tingled to start with, but was very soothing and relaxing. After about 30 minutes all pain in my feet and legs had gone, and no cramp that night. I felt great the next day and my skin is softer.
An extra large bag has just arrived, which I shall use occasionally and definitely after extra busy days from now on.
