I've had long hair for 4-5 years now, but I have never worn it down.
Had short hair all my life, but decided to grow it before my last shoulder surgery, as I knew I wouldn't cope with blow drying it for a good while. Finding it was easier to manage I have kept it long. It's always piled up on top, so basically I still have a short hair style.
I still have long hair and usually wear it in the style that was in the photo I posted here. My son took an inch off the length last weekend.
None of my family has gone grey, but gran’s hair was turning white when she died aged 86. Mum died when she was 87 and she still had the same hair colour as I have now, barring a few white hairs. Hopefully I’ll follow suit and going white will be gradual because I’ve no intention of dyeing my hair, having never dyed it before.
Helen has been at some fashion show this week & her hair/ outfits have been picked up by snappers. I think she looks much better when she wears her long hair up. The long hair falling to her shoulders drags her face down in my view.
