There are things that make Q very worthwhile. I've posted before I have trouble finding shoes I can wear with an orthotic, where else can you try shoes for 30 days and send them back? Not that I ever have.
And on that subject, the Skechers I ordered on waitlist Saturday arrived today! The Easter bunnies must have been moonlighting at Q over the weekend. Obviously someone cancelled their order. I'm pleased with them for everyday stuff, hope I still am in a couple of weeks! I might keep the Vionic mules as well if they prove comfy.
Me too Nellie, I need a half size for one foot since breaking my ankle, but I can buy my normal size in Skechers because they are so roomy. I'm hoping the Vionics will be similar.
Some very valid points you both make Frazz & Nellie, but it still doesn't match my needs. I don't have pierced ears so earring are not a consideration but I agree, a huge bonus if you do wear earrings.
I never buy a load of skincare & Clinique are willing to take back anything that does not suit. As for make-up, I always ask the salesgirl to slap it on before I buy.
I can see that Q would score for specialist footwear if you have a problem with shoes.
I don't use them very much at all these days apart from jewellery from time to time, and shoes. I've bought some lovely rings, used silver, recently on eBay. Got several for what one piece from Q would cost. Happy bunny!

Never really found shoes to suit at Le Q - prefer Hotters and my favourite Nellie garden birkis from Amazon. I didn't realise Clinique would take stuff back. I have bought a lot of skincare from them and of course my beloved AirRam.
I returned a moisturiser for 24 that did not suit her. The Clinique sales person in our nearest Boots couldn't have been more helpful.
The blogger below gives some of her own observations
Generally, any company owned by the Estee Lauder group is very good with returns. Estee Lauder itself is a shining beacon of custom service ..... Estee Lauder own over 25 other big name brands including Mac, Clinique, Smashbox, Aveda, Bobbi Brown, Origins and Creme de la Mer.
The AirRam is bloody fab I have to say. I'm like a hoovering demon with it. And it came at a fab price from my quick (very vague) squint round the Internet. And if I hated it it could be returned ... that wasn't a major factor though as I was sure I would like it.
I do still love the high street. I like bring able to see things. Feel how soft that Lola Rose viscose scarf is. Try that new body oil from Clarins. I'm lucky. My local high street is really lovely. Great shops and lots of choice.
But QVC sells some of my favourites at good prices. Or on easy pay ... I like the money in my bank account and not theirs.
I can have a nose at the jewellery at 9pm at night and treat myself when I couldn't get to the shops at that time of night. And buying from pictures on the Internet just doesn't do it for me.
Its great FP. My biggest problem is the two long haired beasts I live with. The fight like cat and cat ... all good natured really but most mornings there are blobs of fur on the lounge and landing carpets.
If it didn't seem like the ultimate in lazy arsedness is be tempted to buy a second one for downstairs. Lordy did I just say that out loud?
It's just wunderfy isn't it. I had to get my Dyson out yesterday to whip away some cobwebs & suck some feathers out of over-stuffed cushions. Using it was like being chained to a post & it's heavy. I'd be lost without my Craig Mather
