My god alive. There is NO WAY I spend £2400 on skincare and make up. And I normally use premium brands like Elemis, Liz Earle and Bare Minerals.
Quick tot up:
PCMC £200 Cleanser - £80 Toner - £20 BM & BnB foundation £75 Blusher £20 Mascara £20 - at most. Mine are £8.99 Eyeliner £20 Serums £20 Lip gloss £20 Random guff £100
I'm pushing the £600.
Even if I counted perfume, body lotion and foot cream I'd still be nowhere near the figure they give. And I've put £20 for blusher and lip gloss but those are once in a blue moon purchases.
And in reality I wear less make up these days than I've ever done but I was a child of the 80s ... fuchsia lippie, blue eyeliner and a can of hairspray a week.

They tell you to throw stuff away nowadays. I had my miners block mascara for years. Never an eye infection. As usual I think the culprit is the media always going on about how women look. Today there is an article in the Mail about the size of shleb feet- next thing there will be some mad a**e suggesting we go back to binding women's feet to stop them growing. I wish the media could be made to pay for all the harm they have done.

Was it the block that you were supposed to use water with but people used spit Flying Pigs? I think I've read about those far off make-up days. Ah yes! This must be it!
Lily forgets a lot gibby Older ladies it seems are worried about aging so they spend a fortune of miracle face creams. I hope I don't get like that when I'm older
