"Christmas themed clothes are simply too awful. The other day I saw a jumper with a pair of deer on, and written beneath them: ‘Hello deeries’. I mean, puhlease."

Anyone else booked their ticket for Moscow?
lol .., silly man. Goose isn't "different". I've eaten goose every year bar one in my 50 plus years on this planet.
I've discovered this useful website for Christmas quiz questions - and, more importantly, the answers. They seem to cover a wide age range:
sorry - just edited that to the home page.....
Hope you don't mind Nellie, Ive taken the link off your quiz post to avoid the temptation of sneaky peeking and we can now do the quiz (not that Im saying anyone will look at the answers of course)

My Tesco delivery came today and nothing was missing. I am trying to avoid any more shops as parking is horrendous with people driving round and round. It would be easier to get the steam train to stop at the bottom of the garden and travel in on that.
2. As for tree decorations, they are best if traditional. Even cotton wool on the tree is quite chic, and I love tinsel. But the fashion for putting things such as miniature blue-and-white Chinese vase decorations and other non-Christmassy items is desperate over-styling. The prettiest tree baubles can be found in Moscow. That’s where I buy mine.
