I can't stand Sean Connery, he's the same in everything he's been in. Irish cop in the Untouchables, yeah, very believable, Russian Sub Commander in the Hunt For Red October, yeah, even more believable sarcastic-laugh-smiley-emoticon-1 Really went even further off him when the late Lyndsey de Paul revealed all.
Poor Daniel is having a rough time of it today. He turned up at the launch of the new James Bond film, not dressed to impress. One Twitter user said, "Daniel Craig rocks up in a Dad jumper looking like a drunk supply teacher."
I didn't mind Sean Connery as Bond, although he didn't make me go weak at the knees. Ditto for Daniel Craig. Roger Moore's Bond films were cringe-making. Timothy Dalton was close, but Pierce Brosnan was just how I had imagined James Bond when I read the books - good looking with a cheeky edge and oh, that smile!
