Its actually Nails Inc. One that was free with a magazine so I haven't a clue on the name of it.
I just love "pretty" shoes. Mr Tink's sister often says hello and then looks straight at my feet lol. I like multi coloured and patterned shoes too. I often wear plain coloured clothes so patterned shoes can work really well.
I know. Shouldn't have done it but I thought make life simple, wear them so it's easy to try on sandals. Came home with nothing. Flipping flip-flops everywhere! 30 told me I had to stop lecturing shop assistants, it was not their fault LOL
Ouch Mim, don't make the tendon really bad, it's takes ages to heal!
Don't tell me that Frazz lol. I've already crippled mine! Actually I don't understand what I've done to mine. It only hurts if I rest that ankle on something ... like the opposite knee or foot. And then its a stinging type pain that pretty much devils off within 30 minutes.
So annoying Tinks, as well as painful. Stinging sounds like you may have damaged it?
I only wore the sandals for a couple of weeks last summer but it was 3-4 months before I was completely pain free. I'm going to give my new ones another go next week, I can feel the exercises I'm doing making a difference already.
Fortunately for the most part it isn't painful and it does seem to be getting better. To start with I though I had cut the back of my ankle and it was some kind of open wound I couldn't see causing that kind of pain.
In my usual style though I shall give it a good month or more before I seek medical help lol.
