Following on from Mim's flip-flop thread, I found this while news-browsing this morning. Pencil skirts aren't really for me but it's a discussion for the ladies.

I've always thought there's a lot to said for the burka.
Pull on a pair of pants and a bra and you're ready to go! Might need a fleece underneath depending on the time of year. Handy on those bad hair days with no make-up when you need to pop to the post office, and could stop cold callers coming back?
Whilst not quite the burka and you do need to whack on a bit if mascara, lippie and brush your hair, dresses are a pretty darned easy option too. Knickers, bra, frock, shoes, job done.
Mum throws skinny jeans away after they left her in hospital and 'in agony' for five weeks
A woman has chucked her skinny jeans away after they left her hospitalised and in constant pain for FIVE WEEKS.
Mum-of-three Lesley Kime had to battle a traumatic urine infection which her GP said was caused by her favourite trousers.
The 31-year-old shared her fashion woe after health experts issued a warning over the trousers, which it is claimed can cut off the blood supply in your legs and cause nerve damage.
Miss Kime said: “They left me in agony. When I heard about the unnamed woman who was temporarily paralysed because of her skinny jeans I felt total sympathy.
“I also suffered as a result of them. I was taken to Sunderland Royal Hospital, given scans and left writhing in agony.
“They are dangerous.”
The mum suffered severe cystitis - an inflammation of the bladder - which is usually caused by germs, most often bacteria, leaving her in constant pain.
However Miss Kime, of Houghton-le-Spring, Tyne and Wear, believes her trendy trousers were responsible.
