I'm an "accomplished foodie" but a lot of that is because I'm a west country girl and brought up on a farm. Of course I've foraged for food ... black berries, wild garlic, sloes, mushrooms, sorrel. Yes I've picked mussels and limpets from the beach and I can bone and joint a chicken. I've also bought fish straight off the boats ... everyone brought up near a fishing community has. I grow and eat my own fruit and veg too.
Not sure any if that makes me a "foodie". The only bit that does perhaps is having eaten at Michelin started restaurants. Or is that because I live in the South East eh?
I didn't do the quiz, although I looked at the questions, mainly because I know I'm not a foodie .......... I cook to live, not the other way round. But I do have an answer for this problem .......... " Do you know how to rescue a split sauce?"
Yes, of course I do ............ I'd tip it down the sink and open a packet of Colemans.

That was precisely how I got my one point Tinks and I didn't care for it much.
