A few years ago I bought a broomstick in Wilko's for £10, it moved around by itself and played music and a witche's cackle. My cat Ellie never liked it. But as usual I can link a topic with a favourite song.

It'a about getting married isn't it? I enjoy not having to dress up in my witch's outfit since retiring. The hat always rested on the car roof ( inside) whilst driving and I could never remember where I had left my broom.
I love Hallowe'en - apart from the associated - but would strongly advise against buying those "tattoo sleeves" - nearly cut off the circulation to my arms!
Aww - you lot are spoil sports. We always used to get loads of Trick or Treaters and they'd go to so much trouble with their costumes - at least their parents did.
Don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to.
I do the early shift for trick or treaters which means I get the tiddlers but not the teens. I'm open until about 6.30/7 then the pumpkin comes back in off the doorstep and the curtains are closed. We don't need any signs though. Kids know not to come if there are no decorations visible.
