I had a pro music teacher later and was assessed to have perfect pitch.
My voice is still pretty good today I am told by those like Maisie, my keyworker here, who hear me sing.
So I can certainly call it how I hear it Yorko.
I also do not nudge this on her age, it's immaterial. She might develop a good voice later but it isn't there yet and as I said, a solo vocal would help a lot more, she is overshadowed by the adult voice there.
I disagree, I can hear her perfectly and she has great range, Chris has a fantastic voice and if she has inherited his talent one can only imagine how that voice will develop.
What you have to remember here is this was a live acoustic gig and the kid got up to sing in New York in front of a large audience and sang with poise and confidence. I think thats pretty amazing. she didn't waver or falter
Sure you hear her clear enough but my point IS that when you have sat through many series of talent shows and heard so many amazing child voices, this is very likely why to me she comes across as average.
I'd be awful on a panel wouldn't I. DANCE1
Completely agree with you on her not wavering - how many of us could get up and do that?
I am perfectly sure that I can hear it clearly, as for child voices on talent shows, I've never heard one that I found appealing, quite the opposite in fact
