He's got quite distinctive markings but he would be an almost completely different cat to look at. She's in for a bit of a shock though, he could still be growing. NFCs don't reach the full size until they're about three or four years old. If he's pure bred, which it implies he is, he could get quite a bit bigger.

I think he's probably chipped.
