On Friday I ordered a dress. Item No 130110 if anyone is interested.
It is still 'in process'! Grr. I did not receive an email to say they received the order either. Why are they so slow? I hardly ever order anything these days. Other on-line retailers usually despatch items the same day or the next day. It's very annoying.

There is a definite difference between paying by a debit or credit card with them. I think the website says credit cards get processed quicker.I always take a screen shot of the order page nowadays as ammunition when they mess it up. They don't seem to have restarted their premium delivery service either- did it not make them an even bigger P&P profit?

I am a dip'n'pick viewer- haven't watched a whole show in years. Ali Y excepted , the presenters have a bad effect on my blood pressure if viewed for more than 10 minutes. I think the Air Ram first TSV was the last one I sat through- is that 3 years ago or two?
I always pay by credit card. I doubt they would accept my debit card as we are in a different country. I never asked.
Another annoying thing - I sent them an email just for the hell of it, asking when order will be despatched. They say emails should be answered in 72 hours. 72 hours??? That is disgraceful customer service.
I never watch La Q now - I do look at the website, mainly Clearance, and check out the videos if I'm interested in anything.
The Fitover sunglasses I ordered recently seemed to arrive quickly but I do get the impression priority is given to the TSV when it comes to processing deliveries.
Don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to.
The few eeek items I bought back in the 'good old days' are still going strong thank you.
I dip in and out of shows these days.If JF is presenting I turn over in double quick time! I only saw that dress by chance when I flicked over on Friday. I had a plain black shift dress with those sleeves years ago and I loved it so I was pleased to order a similar one. I hope it is nice - I don't really trust Q!
I think most of us are Flickers these days. I pop in when the adverts are on sometimes. I can only stand a few minutes. Not only do you see the same products over and over again, the presenters have become harridans. I do chuckle at some of the nonsense they spout
I'm a flicker too but I do actually buy from QVC. I've said this elsewhere but I think I'm one of Qs ideal target audience. In my 50s with some disposable income but bugger all time to go to the high street and as tech savvy as I am I am NOT an Internet shopper. I buy mainly jewellery with the odd bit of skincare, fashion (no sniggering up the back) and accessories.
@itchy, I ordered an item at 7.30 pm on Friday and got a confirmation email at 8.10pm (just checked) and earlier got the despatch by Hermes email. So I would give them a ring if I were you, assuming there is a free Eire phone number. Good luck with your order.....perhaps there's an update on your order info on their website?
