Ice cold water! My tip for the day is keep a glass in the fridge that way you can have a cold drink with ice from a glass that's also cold and it keeps your drink cooler for longer
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right, the only difference is they're wrong
I use chillys bottles, year round ~ bit.ly/3Piv2k5 They are more expensive than most but have had them for several years, we found the cheaper ones were not quite as efficient. We fill them from 1.5 Litre bottles that are kept in the fridge - no ice needed. Sam takes them to work so they are in the hot car all day and the water is still cold. I have one upstairs and one downstairs at all times. We don't need ice, don't have to keep opening the fridge door, they are robust and good looking.
It's a great pity the right of free speech isn't based on the obligation to say something sensible.

That’s what I drink all year round. I have three flasks chilling in the fridge all the time. I’m about to finish my first one. The only drawback is frequent loo visits.
I keep a litre bottle of tap water in the fridge all the time. I refill it when half empty and give a shake, cools again quickly.
When we use to visit Greece back in the day, it was always self-catering. We used to freeze a bottle of water each night to take to the beach, it would last until mid afternoon. We used to cool the sheets in the fridge as well for helping to sleep.
