I eat pretty much all of the foods on that list but I can still fall asleep at the drop of a hat! Bananas and almond butter are very yummy and moreish and I eat a lot of sweet potatoes in all sorts of ways. I even like spinach in a salad or maybe a frittata (there are the eggs!).
It's either tosh - which most of these types of articles are - or I would be permanently asleep if I didn't eat them!
I think so Frazz - it doesn't really get a chance to find out! It has a tendency to separate and can be very stiff to mix back together but if it's used regularly it should be less of a problem. I like it with all sorts of things - celery, apples, even cold chicken!
You can get hazelnut butter and cashew nut butter too - not tried them but I love cashew nuts so I would like to try that.
