FFS!!
Global pandemic, threat of WW3 and idiots like this are harping on about droopy eyes.
Did you actually read the article, Mr. M? She explained that her upper eyelids were so droopy that she could actually see them above her lash line and it affected her vision. She feels that, now the swelling from the treatment is subsiding, that the upper lids are less droopy. Having suffered droopy lids for a couple of days once after an allergic reaction, I can see why she was willing to undergo the treatment. Long term, she will probably need surgery which will be much more expensive but have better long-term results. By highlighting quite how bad the swelling after the procedure can be, and the length of time it lasts, she is warning others that it can be worse than (she) expected and that their glossy brochure is a bit economical with the truth. She is not suing them or complaining that she wasn't told to expect some of it. I doubt that she can affect the progress of the global pandemic or call a halt to WW3, she just wants to feel a bit better about herself.
It's a great pity the right of free speech isn't based on the obligation to say something sensible.
By her own admission she knew what to expect, so why did she just not attend the parents evening, or send Dad or another relative along instead? Also by her own admission, "I'm turning 41 next week and that was the whole idea. I wanted to take a couple of years off, hoping I’d look like I was turning 35 instead of 41."
So someone's pointed her in the direction of the DM who'll probably cover the costs, and we all know what a great journal that is.
LOL, having been interviewed many times myself, I am well aware of how questions are cunningly slanted to ramp up the drama. I applaud her attending the parents evening despite looking as if she had done several rounds in a boxing ring.It shows she has her priorities right and is not merely self-centered. What is wrong with her wanting to look younger?

Nothing I guess, but one of the readers comments just about sums it all up...
So the point of this story is that she had the treatment, had the expected amount of swelling, healing and recovery...and then in fact fully recovered and now is happy. Where is the story here?!!
On Wednesday I had a Cryopen procedure, on my face, to eradicate a few (I thought 4/5) lesions caused by sun exposure. The NHS deemed them as ‘cosmetic’ hey ho …
At the moment I have approximately 15 areas of redness, looking like cigarette burns!!! I have dipped my face in Bare Minerals and braved the public - face masks useful for this purpose.

Not me! How can KP be getting these treatments other than for free due to her well known financial difficulties? They have the treatment and bring in the ones who want to copy the look as cashcows.
I'm pretty sure it is all free so that it encourages others. However, surely whoever turned Madonna into an alien couldn't have thought it would be good for business!

Vain sometimes, often misguided I think mamafrankie So many young girls look the same. Clones. The subtle tweak is fine by me, but I often think they don't see what we see.
