Ooo now that's a good sign. If she will let him eat without knocking his block off she doesn't hate him that much.
When I had three cats previously I used to have to separate mum and daughter to feed or mum wouldn't let the daughter eat at all. I used to have to put the son in the middle. They never really got on but tolerated the son at least.
Boots is fine, I put his box in the bathroom last night with his bits and pieces so he was safe, and Millie could come and go with me. She is hissing rather than yowling today and has put herself to bed now. She scoffs his food if there is any left and Boots reciprocates with hers lol!
He is very affectionate and comes for cuddles which gives me a good chance to stroke and rub him. He loves his box, which came with the custom cut door, Millie can only get her fat head through it!
Love the name plate, is that so the postman knows where to post his fan mail?
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right, the only difference is they're wrong
Oh my word! I love him, he is absolutely gorgeous. OH thinks so too - he said "Aww, I suppose you want one now!". I hope things settle down with Millie which I am sure they will after a few days. His little White feet are adorable.
I am not sure about the furry ......mice......eeek! A bit too life-like for me.
It's only been a few days and already there is marked progress. I reckon that's a pretty good sign. I love his little house!
OH and I have both been a little 'broody' for another kitty since seeing 'Cats'!! Harry just eats and sleeps and doesn't do all the cat stuff like chasing lights and pouncing on shadows and so on - we miss that.
