The Kipling rep Marie Whatshername is always going on about all the pockets that brand has. I'm afraid I'd have a paddy trying to find what I put where. Black lining is another bugbear. With some bags its like looking in the black hole of Calcutta. I really must take them to a charity shop. Let someone else suffer.
I'm another one who likes a handbag just to be one empty space. A couple of pockets on the side are fine but the middle bit needs to be one big "hole"
I'm a bit ruthless with jewellery too. I don't take the scissors to it but I often have things altered. Especially if the piece was a good price in the first place then rather than put up with something that isn't quite right, get it altered. Its cheaper than buying a second ring and better than not wearing the one you're aren't so keen on any more.
