Not sure Nellie - I think Liv has answered your query...
I just forget about using the thingy - usually half way through washing my face and I say to myself 'should have used my Foreo' ... too late then and I am not starting over again
Lol, I've gone through this thread without clicking any of the links so I've not really much idea of what you're all discussing. BUT.....I think if I were a fella in the same situation.......my mind would be boggling!
It's fabulous! Glowing I am, glowing. Not a pore insight. Completely waterproof, which is just as well because I was like a seal splashing around the first time. Takes a minute or two (you decide) to move over the face. It's got two surfaces -gentle & coarser- and two intensity levels. I'm sold.

Glad you are pleased with it Liv. I know I could be a slacker after a couple of months so I'll wait until the next Leamington knees up to see how you're looking before buying.
ÒK Liv, you have got us all wanting one now. Well me anyway. My skin is the worst it has ever been. I am getting acne type lumps and spots which I never had as a youngster and it is dull and congested. It's slack and the lines are similar to deep trenches. I know what is causing it (dreaded time of life), but after trying different types of skincare and routines, nothing is working.
Do you use anything in the way of a glycolic Itchy?! I do as a result of another of Liv's recommends and it really shifted my mid life acne. Took about two months to start to show a real difference but it's really improved it. I use a high street one not the one Liv actually recommended but the effect is the same.
In addition to the problems above, it has become uber sensitive which again is something I have never suffered with. I recently put the Clarins double serum on (gift from boss) and my face went bright red and was really hot. So I have stopped using it.
Tinks I know the one you use as when you mentioned it before I looked it up on the Boots forum. And Yorko, I nearly bought that peel system a few months ago but these hormonal problems have put me of trying anything new.
It's a bummer. I know smoking wrecks your skin and ages you but my skin was better when I smoked!!
Honestly Itchy. I was in the same boat. Where I had the acne my skin was hot, itchy (pardon the pun!) and sore. Between the lumps and bumps I had dry skin where old lumps and bumps had started to heal. I felt like a pizza face! Mine was really just around my chin though so typical hormonal spots. They just lasted about two years!
I didn't use the glycolic initially as a treatment for the spots but it's made a huge difference.
The other option if you don't want to go down the glycolic route is Freederm. Their spot gel is great. I still get the odd spot every so often and this works well. )
