Do that with electricity and the pot boils over!

I have to say, I'm extremely impressed with my induction hob, it really is as controllable as gas. Years ago I had a ceramic hob, and it was hopeless. I was a bit dubious about changing from gas to electric when we had the kitchen done, but I love it, and it's really easy to clean too.
