What are they doing to us.None of the replacement actors sound anything like the previous ones and the storylines are becoming stupidly unrealistic. Any day now, I expect a plane to crash onto the village, a Zombie cult taking over or a string of murders a la Midsomer.
Meanwhile, Kate has blithely abandoned her children, Lucas has taken them to Jo'burg, but that's o.k. because she "skypes them all the time". She has the nerve to criticise Roy, who is an ass, but pots and kettles come to mind. She expects Pheebs to greet her like a long-lost mother, having abandoned her years ago and is at least, still in character. Linda Snell's play dragged on through many turgid episodes and she has become a caricacture of the caricature she already was. Where is Matt? Come back Lilian and start fencing with Anthea again. I love Eleanor Bron but didn't like her character at first but she has really grown on me since her clever and elegant put-downs of the insufferable Jenny...
To be continued....
It's a great pity the right of free speech isn't based on the obligation to say something sensible.

I read somewhere that a BBC 'High Up' had warned the producer of the Archers to stop messing with it. I gave up listening when Polly Perks went. Fond memories of listening to the Sunday morning omnibus whilst chomping chocolate digestives.
Well I think the Brookfield move is about to go bits up. I think David is going to say he's not going and Strweth will go up the pole but not before Kenton has spent a large chunk of his inheritance on a trip to New Zealand and Australia.
I'm also thinking Hayley might come back. That would be one in the eyeball for Kate would it not.
