I can honestly say that I've never stayed in a hotel, or on a cruise ship, where they've had thin loo paper, British Airways, however, I've complained numerous times about the terrible loo paper. I use the tissues instead.
I don't take loo paper way but I do take a pillow, most hotels have either very soft or rock hard one's which are no good for my neck so I take my travel size contoured memory foam one zzz
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right, the only difference is they're wrong
Try to avoid having less than 9 rolls Never travel without it. (or my pillow) Take a roll wherever I am staying...my delicate little ( ) bum doesn't like coloured paper! Don't use anything with aloe or balm in unless you're happy to pay to have the drains cleared! In emergencies, there is always the kitchen roll - I draw the line at dock leaves!

I suppose from working in schools for so long I just accept what I am given. Mind you it was the one thing that I had to ensure we had good stocks of- imagine running out for 300!
They are good for propping you up in bed - you can tuck the "arms" into a comfortable position around you - but also to have across your lap if you have your feet up, with the V pointing away from you.
Again, you can tuck the "arms" around your hips - great for resting a book or iPad on.
Don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to.
