I'm ashamed to admit that, when I first got Freeview and discovered the shopping channels, I did try her cleanser. You also got some pads to remove it with. They were akin to a pan scrubber and I can categorically say that the product did absolutely nothing for me so was binned. I can't comment on any of her other products though.
