Agreed Nellie, but that's the only thing I feel they've got going for them at the moment. The days of good value TSVs are over. Gone are the days when I tuned in at midnight, even less so at 21:00. The range of products have also shrunk in my opinion. I'm looking back to the time when the jewellery choice for example was vast and I felt spoilt for choice.
There have been times when people have sent used partially makeup etc back and QVC haven’t given them a refund because they’ve apparently used too much of the product. 🙄
I’ll be honest though that, although I don’t buy nearly as much from them nowadays, I only buy make up or skin care that I’ve used before and that I know suits my skin etc. Once I’ve found something I like then I can usually source it more cheaply elsewhere anyway.
They could do themselves a favour though by reducing their P&P or by having capped P&P irrespective of how many items you buy.
Edit: I took one example from Q's offering - Aveda Nutri Plenish Light Shampoo 250ml £24.50 + P&P: £2.95
M&S AVEDA Nutriplenish™ Hydrating Shampoo Light Moisture 250ml Product code: T232008U £27.50 (£11.00 per 100ml) Offer - Free Thickening Tonic when you buy 2 Aveda products. Free gift will be in your basket

Aveda is written through my hair care like a stick of rock- not used anything else since I first bought from Le Q back in the day but shop around to find it at a good price. M&S and ASOS as well as the Sephora website and others have it. My hairdresser is an official Aveda one. I use the Pure Abundance range.
