Is it possible to over embellish?

Those cards are lovely Cassandra. I love the pussy cat one....especially the first cat. I want him. You are very talented.

I only started when I left work, so hardly very experienced. I came to cardmaking through scrapbooking, which I still do and came to scrapbooking through collaging family photographs.
Before that, knitting and crochet were my hobbies and passion but not much call for it these days as it's mostly too hot to keep cool enough hands.

The important thing is to do something you enjoy. I havn't seen any of your cards, FP, but the mini-album is great and we are always our own harshest critic.
