Bloody Amazon have refused to let me to post negative feedback on something that was delivered an hour ago.

I bought Mr Nell a jigsaw puzzle of the London Underground map and it arrived looking exactly as it would in a shop - just wrapped in the cellophane covering the box. Guess who opened the door to the postman?

What idiot would send out something, that is very evidently going to be a gift at this time of year, without any packaging whatsoever!

The fact it didn't arrive in a box at least 6 times larger than item, stuffed with extra packaging, makes me think it came direct from the supplier rather than handled by Amazon Nellie?
