I've always found their CS to be very polite and helpful, especially with returns or faulty products.....haven't had many, thank goodness.
Hope Mrs M loves your gift and it's just as well you've used your own email address and not hers or otherwise she'd receive the confirmation email, which would rather spoil the surprise!
Btw, if you're in the spending mood, there's a nice bit of Honora pearls on today.

I ended up using the original email address @sacha, they had it all the time. Have deleted the offending email.
Oh it's lovely Moody One. Good taste has Mrs M. The tanzanite one?
God I love a bit of eek myself. I swear those barstewards thought they hit diamond central at mine. I do, and did, have diamonds but I had lots of eek. It amuses me a bit to think they went to some dodgy dealer thinking they'd get a few hundred and they'll get nowt!
That's a lovely ring Mr Moody. Now your account is up and running again there will be no stopping you. You will be able to buy lots of nice things for Mrs M. Lulu Guinness handbags, Dyson hairdryers etc.
Nothing wrong with eek. After burning my hand and having to have my rings cut off I wore it for about 20 years and my 'diamonds' were always much admired and kept their lustre. I now have a new wedding ring and my engagement ring repaired but I would happily wear eek again if necessary. I have also found their customer service to be great.
It's a great pity the right of free speech isn't based on the obligation to say something sensible.
Lovely choice of ring Mr M, I've seen that one on telly. Just a point though, if they had let you use a different email and open a new account, there is a code for new customers on the website giving you £5 off your first order.
And Frazz is right, most of us have some 'eek and their Tanzanite colour pieces are very good.
