Sounds wonderful The Technician, I could eat that right now. I preserve a lot of lemons from the garden and they really add a tang to meat dishes (but you know that of course).
It's a great pity the right of free speech isn't based on the obligation to say something sensible.
Sadly I haven't got any of those ingredients in the house.
I have made a similar “ice cream” in the past using yoghurt and frozen fruit, Whack the yoghurt and frozen fruit into a food processor (I use my Ninja) and in a few seconds you have a refreshing ice cream like dessert.
Unfortunately I haven’t got any of those ingredients either.
(I have got some small tubs of Haagen Dazs in the freezer though 😉 )
