Call Staff & Guests going home early

As I mentioned on another thread, I went to the dentist in sunshine and came out in a blizzard. Luckily it only lasted for about 15 minutes. It's currently minus 6 here so any snow that falls during the night won't melt. My son goes off to work at 5.30 a.m. and I've told him to take spare underwear, a toothbrush and toothpaste with him (a typical mum-like suggestion) in case he can't get back tomorrow evening and has to stay in a hotel round the corner from his office. Tomorrow is apparently going to be the worst day for us all because the snow storm and strong winds are due to arrive. I can see my staying here this weekend as Ooop North has about 4 - 6 inches of the white stuff apparently but I'm praying for a heatwave (namely above zero) so it melts. 😉
