I came across this site whilst googling something. Aside from the missing apostrophe in the name, and the extraneous ones in 'card's and envelopes' and 'gem's and pearls' it was worth a look! Everything is definitely NOT a pound though, but a lot is.
A word of warning - they only use DPD and delivery is £6.50 up to £19.99, over £20 it is £4.99 and free if you spend over £40 (Greece is £29.99, cassandra !) so not the cheapest (all sorts of caveats about weight of items as well). However, if you are canny there are bargains to be had even with the delivery charges, especially if you want to stock up. I just received a parcel that all told cost me £12 and I reckon I was quids in. As an example, I got two 100ml pots of Tonic Nuvo paint for £1 (ie both pots together) when most places have them for about £4.99 each so those alone would have been worth the delivery.

I get emails from them with the bargains in every week EarlyBird, but have only bought once because of the p&p. iconuk.co.uk is supposed to be another good site.
I've bought from Icon a few times but hadn't seen this other one before. I have signed up for their emails! There were a couple of other very good deals on the site when I looked but I didn't need the stuff. It will be useful to get notified of new deals - just in case!
It's a pity we don't live near each other, Berry McPaper-cuts, we could share orders and split the postage!
We found a new craft shop about an hour's drive from here.It was a good find. They have only been open for a few months which is why we didn't know about them. The 2 ladies that run it, were really helpful and showed me to some un-branded stock which was much cheaper. Not a huge selection but better that the usual shop which specialises in studied indifference and loud sighs if one dares to ask a question. And...drum roll.....no sign of any decoupage papers or equipment. I like decoupage, have used it on some old boxes and a chest myself, in the past but it does seem to be the only acceptable craft here, apart from painting.

I suppose if there aren’t examples to see of what else you can do it must be difficult to update your skills. We are lucky to have C&C and Hochanda to learn new techniques in the UK. I have learnt lots about mixed media from the guests on Hochanda and C&C are beginning to catch up now. Just made my first set of Chunky MDF ATCs - 10 for £10.79. I love making ATCs and the chunky ones can stand up on their own and you can decorate the back and sides too. I had made 2D Wedding ATCs of the FP offsprings’ weddings but have now made better 3D versions ( in my opinion). All the learning of new craft techniques is part of the life long learning journey I have always believed made you a happier, saner more rounded person. Stop learning, stop living.
I agree FP. I think there is a lack of interest in paper craft because there is no tradition of giving cards, mine were all sold to expats. Greeks give cakes on name days and birthdays and, although they have fairly recently embraced the Christmas tree, they don’t do Christmas cards. Scrapbooking is virtually unknown. I came to card making through scrapbooking and scrapbooking through making collages with the children. I love learning new techniques.

I have tried entering my details on their website but every time I hit 'submit' it just wipes the form rather than taking me to a confirmation page and I am not getting an email comfirmation either. They obviously don't want me!!
