QVC are sending out a £10 voucher valid on an over £20 spend in June. Well from 5th June onwards. You need to click to qualify. It's all to do with GDPR compliance so it's a reward for letting them continue to email you. The offer is only valid until Sunday. Now I'm not sure if it applies to everyone or only those who have already responded to the GDPR compliance email x x

GDPR regs are being adhered to by most big companies. If you didn't tick the box before the 25th then they won't be emailing you in the future.

Realised I hadn't heard from Q about GDPR so went to check my account. Doesn't appear to be there! Worryingly, the email address that auto filled on their log in page was my old one which was changed 2 years ago. They acknowledged the change - 6 months later! - but I wonder if it didn't really register. If they sent the GDPR email there it would just bounce. Looks like I have lost 24 years of Q history.

Yes, it told me it didn't recognise the email. It told me that for all of them. I have just realised that the 'password' it was auto filling in was the old pin number. Dug through my 'secret password clue storage' and found it - now logged in!

If it had told me it could have been the password I might have figured it sooner but it kept saying it didn't recognise the email address - stupid thing!

I couldn't remember if I'd signed their GDPR thingy as I was receiving dozens of similar emails from all and sundry, but assumed that I had because I'm still getting daily emails from QVC. However, I hadn't received the £10 voucher so I rang CS this evening. They checked my account and gave me a voucher code over the phone. You have to spend a minimum of £20.01 and it has to be redeemed by the end of the month.

I am assuming that they keep a record of the voucher code that is linked to your account as the one that I was given is different to a code that was posted by someone on another forum.

It was in clearance but the voucher code was accepted for it and so I've added to my stockpile of MB Pepperpod as it's my favourite fragrance. I also use the perfume too.

Knowing how much I usually pay for those items I felt that this purchase was a good price.
