Ruby Alice Tandoh (born 4 July 1992) is a British baker, columnist, author and former model. She rose to fame after becoming a runner-up on series four of BBC's The Great British Bake Off in 2013.
I'm not enamoured with any of them this year, not the best bakers we've seen in GBB. The winner could be any one of them.
You've outed the winner @lewis !! There will be complaints. He broke a glass dish scattering glass all over the shop. He was given an extra 15 minutes which seems to have infuriated some fans of the other contestants.
The jar exploded from the heat in the tent when ?? picked it up, seemed fair to give him/her some extra time as the production team had to remove everything in case of shards. I thought all the centre pieces were rubbish, I think he won because of the flavours he was good at coming up with.
Not enjoyed this series very much, some the tasks were just silly, especially the BBQ pitta breads!

The final was the only episode that I bothered to watch, mainly because there were accusations online that one of the finalists had cheated in previous rounds because they kept on decorating their bakes after they had been told to stop.
I thought they said it was a kilner jar that had exploded because of the heat, rather than the contestant dropping a dish. (Please note that I haven't mentioned the sex of that person.)
Either way, I thought that all the final landscape bakes were a mess compared to those in previous years (when I have watched.)
