Roland has just delivered my first ever Morrisons order. Impressed that they send lots more emails than Tesco. One to remind me to put more stuff in my basket before cut off point yesterday and one this morning to tell me Roland would be driving the ‘tractor van’ today. Didn’t know they were called that! Fingers crossed the demi- sec tastes OK as I had to order a number of bottles to make it cost effective.

Eleven hours have passed, so c'mon then, what's the verdict?

The review @lewis. It is more pleasant than the M&S Demi- sec cava but the Tesco is the most pleasant. The M &S has a slight chemical taste . I haven’t resorted to anti- freeze but I imagine it might have this taste.

I've tried the Aldi Cava this evening and it's not bad, not as acidic as some I've had and at £4.99 it'd happily buy it again but I still prefer Prosecco especially as Lidl's is only £1.25 more than the Cava but as my nearest one is some distance away this will do nicely
