It's a shame about poor old Boris, kyng , but it seems the smaller the animal, the shorter its life span.
Have you ever considered getting an African elephant?
A tortoise being the exception to that rule.
A bowhead whale easily sees off the tortoise, living to well over 200 years old. Then again a certain quahog clam from Iceland was found to be 507 years old, but if we're going deep sea pet hunting, look no further than the Monorhaphis chuni sponge that can see out 11,000 years.
I got quite a lot done at work today... haven't completely finished what I'm doing, but I have done the hardest bits. (Granted, the weather hasn't been great - but that just meant I could stay indoors and get on with my work!!!)
