Yesterday C&C very kindly sent me an empty opened envelope , except for an advertisement , via Hermes.Mr FP graciously received this alongside another as it should be envelope whilst he was in the front garden and did not discover the empty one until he brought them into the house. Springing into action I took pics of both the empty and the full and emailed them off to their CS. This afternoon Hermes brought another parcel ( in case you were wondering EB I have been celebrating CC and Tonic’s return) and quizzed the courier about yesterday,“I noticed it was open and empty except for the advert ” he said ( why didn’t he tell Mr FP! ). Over 24 hours later C&C have responded by saying “I have contacted the supplier to investigate with courier and send a replacement to you as quickly as possible. Kindly allow us 48 working hours and we will get back to you with an update on this. In the meanwhile, I request your understanding and patience while we resolve this matter for you.” I am presuming as this was a CC die it will be thumbscrews at CC Towers.
That's not good, FP. They seem to be getting it sorted quickly though which is something. I remember in the past C&C were incredibly slow at sorting anything out!
I got a £10 birthday voucher from them with no minimum spend which makes a nice change. Usually I have to spend 30 or even 50 quid to save the tenner! I spotted the Tattered Lace 66p postage too! I bought a CD with loads of background scenes - beaches, trees etc - for £1-99 and 66p postage, and then spent my birthday voucher on some MDF bits and bobs for my mixed media stuff.

Their 48 working hours will be up tomorrow afternoon - I shall be interested to see if they keep their promise. Hoping they do not phone as I am out on a course and Mr Berry McPaper-cuts will not have a clue!
