I dutifully handed my Skechers parcel at the door to Hermes on the 13th March, who dutifully had it winging towards QVC on the 15th . . .
I have been waiting for the missing item letter to arrive from Q since the weekend, but mysteriously have received email to say item has now arrived and refund processed. Mmm, if I was a cynic, I'd say it has be languishing in their obviously understaffed returns department.
First time for ages I've ordered from Q in ages, I'll stick to places with free P&P and returns in future.
I placed an order with QVC last week after swearing I would never darken their door again! Their deal on Ultrasun was the best I could find so I ordered the face 30 duo. I ordered by phone and requested that my order be delivered by post, not Hermes or any other courier. I told them that as soon as it crosses the Irish Sea with a courier it ends up in someone's garden.

I have had trouble with Hermes parcels from Create & Craft recently - while we were away the courier left one behind one of the bins. Fortunately a neighbour rescued it.
QVC live in the dark ages where returns are concerned. The average waiting time, from returning a parcel, is 10 days before it hits your bank account. Other companies (including IW, their "rivals") manage a refund within 1 - 3 days.
I'm glad the money is back in your account, Frazz, and that you've now received your goods, itchy.
I ordered a pendant as a gift for my step mother. fortunately I didn’t send it direct as I often do. It arrived. Well the enveelope did and the box. Along with a second box but no pendant. Took them nigh on three weeks to get a letter out to me, get the empty box back and send out another.
At least they had the good grace to believe me I suppose.
I only had to wait a few days for my Ultrasun. That's because I requested my order be sent by post......not courier. If I order anything else from them I will be doing the same.
