I used to back in the day, but they sort of fell off my radar. I want to start again to cut out the whole second cleanse rigmarole. I don't wear foundation, but SPF takes some shifting as I'm not a fan of cloths or flannels. Liz Earle's toner has not got an unpleasant smell, it's just I try to avoid perfumes. The simpler the formula the better for me in most cases. I'll soon know if it disagrees with me, my eyes will leak like a dripping tap.
I wear SPF every day and take that off, and any make up, with micellar water and then every fortnight or so I use the Gatineau gommage stuff. As far as I can tell my skin is pretty clean, but a beautician might disagree. 😳
I have never used a toner either and my regime is even simpler now, since I started using the magic makeup cloths. Just warm water on the cloth, wipe face, apply cream - whichever cream is on offer in Supermarket. I was amazed at how thorough the cloths are. I tried going over my face with a cleansing pad afterwards but it came back totally clean time and again, and I use waterproof eyeliner, so I was convinced.
It's a great pity the right of free speech isn't based on the obligation to say something sensible.
