Iceland's Hot Chicken Tikka Masala - they are really getting good at the hotter end of the range, and this new one (as opposed to the regular Tikka Masala) is no exception.
Yum! My mother used to sauté big flat mushrooms then poach them in a drop of milk, thicken the sauce and add all sorts of bits and bobs for flavour. The bacon was added at the end and then spread on hot buttered toast. I've never been able to replicate the taste.
