I've just had some seafood sticks (formerly crab sticks), they were in date but according to the pack must be eaten within 24 hours of opening.
Mrs M opened them on Sunday. Be alright won't it?
I have those a lot but have never gone over the recommended 24 hour thing. I buy several packs a week and freeze them and take a pack out when I go to bed and put it in the fridge and have it the next day but I always eat it within that time frame.
I doubt any fish have gone near it but I personally wouldn’t risk it. I’m sure you’ll be alright 🤞 but you’ll know for sure within that magic 24 hour slot.
They’re weirdly now my “go to” snack and are definitely better than the chocolate and crisps that I used to snack on.
Curry night at a friends house last night. Salt'n'pepper prawn soup for starters followed by Chinese fish curry and Malayan chicken curry all prepared by a visiting Yorkshireman, all delicious.

Mrs M's friend recently re-opened the chip shop down t'Grove, but has refused point blank Mrs M's request for frying in vegatable oil. "T'locals won't like it" was the response.
We drove past it this evening on the way back from the beach, it was empty.
However the chippy at the next village, Carlin How, does fry in veg oil. Someone at work unhelpfully told me "Don't go there it's run by a p*k*" So we went there and it's run by a Chinese chap. Bloody good fish 'n' chips he fries too. Mrs M was chuffed with her saveloy which isn't often available in chippys round here. It was very busy.
