Easter Sunday dinner with a difference - we missed takeaway night this week, so Mrs M had a pizza while Moodyson and I shared a rare Hot Shot Parmo - has pepperoni and jalapenos on top.
Beefburger. I wanted salmon but we had beefburger... I really fancied fish. Fish Fingers would have done. But we had beefburger. It's come back to haunt me all evening. Sicky burbs. Fish wouldn't have. I'm OK with fish. I'm not OK with beefburger.

I’ve not had breakfast yet, but will probably just have a banana. No idea what I’ll have for lunch, but it might be a cheese toastie. But, for dinner I’m having chicken, fresh veg and baby potatoes. At least one part of my day is organised.
We had roast lamb last night. We don't very often have lamb as Mr EB finds it too fiddly and fatty but he thought he would surprise me with a whole leg of lamb for Easter - half price in Tesco at the mo. (Good Friday we had roast beef, also courtesy of Tesco half price.) He knows how much I love it, bless him.
The lamb was gorgeous - perfectly cooked (with garlic and rosemary) if I do say so myself - with roasted baby potatoes, Imperator carrots, gravy, mint sauce and jelly. And plenty left for tonight.
EDIT: Oh, and a bottle of red too - although technically that isn't eating is it.
