I am still waiting a refund on the gnome’s fragrant violas ordered in February - hopefully this will be rectified soon - phone calls, sending the non-delivery letter back, phone call from QVC promising another delivery etc etc ... I believe QVC Facebook has a lot of similar disgruntled customers.
I did get a refund on some Geraniums which turned up loose in a box - got a full refund and the plants are flourishing ..
Five of my six plants are thriving and are all quite a size now and those that haven’t flowered yet do have loads of buds. I don’t usually buy plants from QVC, preferring to go to the garden centre where you can see what you’re getting, but because of the lockdown I took a gamble and was one of the lucky ones.
I’d certainly ring their CS and complain. You might have a long wait before they pick up but, when I rang about the compost and the fruit trees that had arrived and that I hadn’t ordered, they were very helpful. I rang early in the morning and another time it was late evening and both times they answered within ten minutes. Some customers have waited for 45 minutes and then been cut off. 😳 I also got a refund actioned by the CS woman and it only took 2 days to reach my account. It can usually take up to two weeks because of all the hoops you’re expected to jump through.
They should refund you and they won’t want the plants back.
