Here's some exciting news!! I can confirm that today's dino, Giganotosaurus, will be featured in 'Jurassic World: Dominion', which was supposed to be hitting cinemas next year but, thanks to COVID, has been delayed and won't be coming out till the middle of 2022.
Whilst T-Rex's arms were short compared to its overall body size, they were actually quite strong, capable of lifting up to 200kgs. It's been suggested the arms were used to hold struggling prey or to help the animal get up from a sleeping position on the ground. Males may also have used their arms to hold on to a female during mating.

This is still true in the North East of England, @taliragreycrest.
Whereas in Essex the females use their arms to stop any males escaping their insatiable lust.
